Seth Robertson, Director of Funding & Asset Management, WithersRavenel
Seth Robertson, PE, is a certified Asset Manager and Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of progressive engineering and management experience. Seth’s background is leadership and engineering focused, with experience in process design, project and program management, environmental permitting, and remediation design. He has worked with municipal water and wastewater facilities, including treatment plants, and he brings a wealth of experience in asset management and state and federal funding program administration.
His experience includes more than 10 years with the N.C. Division of Water Infrastructure, the last four years leading the SRF section. He was responsible for managing more than $2 billion in water and wastewater funding, including all aspects of project review to meet requirements. He has worked with municipalities on numerous Special Orders of Consent (SOC) and Administrative Orders (AO), maintaining strong relationships with NCDEQ staff. He also has experience in project and program management, environmental permitting, state and federal funding program administration, asset management, and client services. Seth focuses on helping clients solve complex financial, funding, strategic, managerial, technological and policy-related problems.
Eddie Staley, Chief Client Experience and Innovation Officer, WithersRavenel
Eddie Staley, is a certified GIS Professional (GISP) and a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with over 25 years of award-winning project management experience. Eddie served as the GIS Services Director for WithersRavenel for 10 years before joining the Executive Management Team as the Chief Client Experience and Innovation Officer (CXIO). As CXIO, Mr. Staley leads the WithersRavenel Client Success Manager Team, sets standards for client experience as part of the “WithersRavenel Way”, and develops innovative technologies to solve issues our clients are facing.
Eddie enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, restoration/exhibition of classic cars, fly fishing and duck hunting.
