After eight years in the Air Force as an Aerospace Engineer, Daniel has developed unique perspective that he brings to leaders in education and government organizations. He has worked with over 1,000 local and state government organizations over the last seven years with Dude Solutions and enjoys helping leaders progress down the asset management path. He enjoys hiking, basketball and golf in his free time.
Keith Jones, Principal/Program Manager/Director of Water Resource Management, ALPHA Facilities
Keith is recognized as a Capital Planning and Facility Condition Assessments subject matter expert for both vertical and horizontal infrastructure, as well as expert and leader in water resource management. Keith has his BS in Agronomy from Texas A&M University and he serves as a Senior Program Manager for Facility Asset Management. He is part of the Senior Leadership at ALPHA Facilities Solutions and is responsible for directing and managing resources for facility assessments, site and utility infrastructure assessments, irrigation audits, parks and recreation assessments, tree assessments, playground assessments, abbreviated accessibility assessments, and water management planning. Keith has more than 20 years of experience in the industries of architecture, construction, and water resource management and is passionate about what he does. He brings value to clients by functioning as their subject matter expert to establish plans which will allow them to better utilize their current resources and assist in their asset management challenges.
Luke Anderson, Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Dude Solutions
Luke has been an Enterprise Solutions Consultant with Dude Solutions since 2012. Luke works directly with leaders in the education and government sectors to help them identify issues that can be solved with better planning and operations management. He lives with his wife, Aleks, 2-year-old son, Everett, and 16-year-old dog Rosco.
Ashay Prabhu, VP of Strategic Asset Management, Dude Solutions
Ashay has over 20 years’ experience in strategic asset management and was the Co-founder of Assetic, which was recently acquired by Dude Solutions. He has led the development of condition algorithms, asset valuation methods, life cycle prediction analytics, and is passionate about applying this science to close the global infrastructure renewal gap. Ashay has a Directorship at the Asia Pacific Institute of Asset Management, is an adjunct professor of Strategic Asset Management at Bond University, a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), and is a chartered professional member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
Paul Lozo, Director of Environmental Operations, University of Richmond
Paul has been with the University of Richmond for 23 years and is currently the Director of Environmental Operations. He is highly motivated and deeply committed to analyzing facility renewal activities by using data-driven models to forecast both short and long-range spending models. Paul provides daily leadership to 180 departmental staff, and champions personal and professional development for his staff while promoting a communicative, collaborative and inclusive environment. He started with the University as a Supervisor and has progressed his responsibilities and leadership roles throughout his 23 years. His current position oversees Engineering Services, Energy Management, Landscape Services, Custodial and Environmental Services, Business Operations, and Maintenance Services. Paul holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond, Robins School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Richmond. He’s also a Graduate of APPA’s Institute for Facilities Management, The Leadership Academy and the Educational Facilities Professional (EFP) program.
