Ashay has over 20 years’ experience in strategic asset management and was the Co-founder of Assetic, which was recently acquired by Dude Solutions. He has led the development of condition algorithms, asset valuation methods, life cycle prediction analytics, and is passionate about applying this science to close the global infrastructure renewal gap. Ashay has a Directorship at the Asia Pacific Institute of Asset Management, is an adjunct professor of Strategic Asset Management at Bond University, a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), and is a chartered professional member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.
Jessica Leggett, Director of Funding Services, WithersRavenel
Jessica assists local governments with strategic consulting initiatives as well as grant/loan-related projects. Her experience in state government will help local governments to find solutions for their real-world issues. Jessica worked for 10 years as a Project Manager and Engineer at the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) in the Division of Water Infrastructure. While at DEQ, Jessica also served as the liaison for Governor Cooper’s Hometown Strong Initiative, which provided a more personal, hands-on approach for rural communities. Her background in state government infrastructure funding and bridging the gap between state government and local governments provides key insight on client issues.
Rod Lovely, Senior Technical Asset Management Consultant, WithersRavenel
Rod has more than 35 years of experience in infrastructure asset management and supporting technologies. He has led the procurement, development, implementation, and management of asset management solutions for dozens of organizations, public and private, across a variety of asset classes throughout the USA and Canada. Rod’s leadership roles have focused on integrating technology, people, and business processes toward a common goal. He has brought together diverse groups of stakeholders, including management, staff, partners, developers, and professional colleagues, through all aspects of the project delivery cycle. His work encompasses technical scoping, design, development, project management, enterprise implementation, and ongoing support services.
